Our refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital software and related digital purchases made directly through toolmatelabs.com.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law always take priority over this policy. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
Digital products & withdrawal rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, online purchases normally include a 14-day right of withdrawal. Special rules apply to digital content supplied immediately.
If, before delivery begins, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, the withdrawal right for that digital content may end when supply starts in accordance with applicable law.
If the legal requirements for losing the withdrawal right have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
Problems with a product
Losing a withdrawal right does not remove your statutory rights if the digital product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement.
If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may first try to correct the issue or provide another available remedy, such as a price reduction, termination and/or reimbursement.
Other refund requests
Outside statutory refund or withdrawal rights, ToolMate Labs may consider refund requests case by case.
A discretionary refund is not automatically available simply because a digital product has been downloaded, installed, is no longer needed, or does not work with an unsupported third-party setup. We will, however, try to resolve genuine product issues reasonably.
How to request a refund
Use our Contact page or email info@toolmatelabs.com.
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short explanation of the request. If we need more information, we will ask for it.
Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Refunds & processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. A refund cannot exceed the amount originally paid.
Where a reimbursement is legally due, we process it without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. After we issue the refund, the time before it appears on your account may depend on your payment provider, card network or bank.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate it as quickly as possible.
